Help on ECA stack (cycling, dosage)

Im only doing 2 doses today as I am going out to play BBall for a couple hours later and I dont want to take the 3rd dose because it will be too close to me going out and running around outside.

I havent gotten any jitters, crazy energy, or terrible sweating like everyone talks about. I seem to be a bit more alert and focussed, maybe a little warm, and i guess awake but no huge energy boost.

Im hoping the stuff is working because I havent really gotten any of the sides that anyone talks about, even at the full dose.

Im gonna stay with it though because it did seem to help me breeze through cardio yesterday.

honestly u should feel it, maybe ur just lucky! bump it up 3 pills and see how u feel,(for first serving of the day)
 
Just popped my first 2 of the day about 10 mins ago...Im going to do some cardio in a couple mins and see how it effects it...I was reading how one guy thought it was best to take 150mgs of ephedra a day. Now I know that is past the safety line, but could it be that he thought it was best because some people need more to get results? I dont want to go ramping this up too much becaus eI dont want cafeine crashes or problems during cardio sessions.

Do you think I should add half a dose to the early servings and keep the later dose at normal levels? This would be 100mgs of ephedra a day...I dont know, since this is my first time its hard to judge what I should be doing.

PS: I just ordered a 2nd bottle, in case I need to up the doseing, 1 bottle wasnt going to last.
 
Maybe stick to what you are on for a few weeks and see what results your get in weight loss as i presume that is the main goal. If there is results that as MM said count yourself lucky, my sides are pretty minimal when it comes to sweating etc. On a positive i managed to hit a Dead PR whilst cutting(304lb X 5, shit i know lol) im thanking the ECA for the time being as i was really struggling a few weeks back to hit a lower weight.

Yeah, I'll see how things go...my workouts and all seem to be going well...its just the way people made the eca stack sound, I figured id be going off the walls, sweating to death, having jitters, and all types of stuff.

M8 look at the start of this thread i was thinking the same thing, obviously it effects people in diffrent ways.
 
Yeah looks that way...I was accually reading on a "body opus" board that one of the guys that pushes that diet and workout plan that he reccomends 150mgs of ephedra a day...which is 2times what the "safety line" is, so I figured Id see what the deal is. Im not trying to take the levels too high, and im going to wait and see how this goes for the first 2 weeks or so and then decide on what to do with doseing.

Well its been a few weeks now. Abit of a weird result for me. I can still feel it working im knowhere near as anxious as i was but i never got the massive energy rush or mad sweating that some people had on it. Resluts so far, okay i increased my cals somewhat up a few hundred a day (probably between 2500-3000 give or take) mainly protein but increased carbs more on workout days. I have put weigt on lol up about 4lb but my BF looks lower i was abit gutted when i got on the scales that i had put some on but when i looked in the mirror it aint showing i feel leaner (obviously its not alot due to the short time i have been using it) well i havea few more weeks supply then i am going to order some more.


Seperate question, any reccomendations on what to cycle with this on the couple of weeks off eph?

Im almost done the first bottle...I NEVER got any of the sides, except maybe a little the first day. Once in a while Ill get a "hot flash" but nothing major. I never got the jitters and I never got a big energy rush. The one thing I found is that I can do an hour of cardio on a bike or elipical in what feels like 15 mins. The belt around my pants has to be tightened another notch now, so I know im losing some bf%, but yeah, the scale isnt moving as much as when I normally cut. Maybe it is perserving more muscle than normal so its going down slower or something, I dont know. Im gonna finish this bottle and the second one and see how it goes when they are both gone.
