Help on abs

Hey, was wondering what i should do to get my abs to show a lot better, my top 4 abs show nice but at the bottom its like nothing is there, i do abs every other day all kinds of different ab workouts, was wondering if there is some killer ab workout out there i could try. im at 185 right now and 18 years old, not fat or anything just don't know what to do been going on for a month and havent seen much results
 
no "killer" ab workout.........it is 99% diet.

i train abs for 5 minutes once a week.

you say you have been working on it for a month lol?

young man, this is bodybuilding. results are not immediate.
get back to us in a year and we will discus if you are still having problems
 
man the truth hurts... i have to remind myself that everyday.. lifting isnt a short term deal its a ongoing competition between you and your body
 
I 100% agree that diet is absolute key to the midesction. But I had trouble for years getting my bottom abs to show and my diet has always been totally spot on.
I started doing multiple sets of hanging leg raises as the first exercise in my an routine and again as the last.
Long story short, now my bottom abs show and are ripped.
IMO hanging leg raises are the end all be all an exercise
