my two friends are retarded, they have been arguing for the last 3 weeks about whether or not water helps you lose weight... I'm pretty sure drinking alot of water like a round a gallon a day helps speeds ur matabolism... My other friend agrees, while the other one says he lost 30 pouds, by not drinking any water and just eating two icecubes a day... Also, does sipping water or gulping water make a difference after running in gaining weight? I know it probably doesn't, but i just want to show my one friend this friend to show him how stupid he is... PLease help, thanks
