as far as being in shape, i'm in great condition.
like i said earlier, i'm 25 and 140 - 150lbs.
took karate for 15 straight yrs. started lifting when i was 19. lifted for a full yr straight, while taking weight gainer and whey shakes everyday. no change in weight so i took about a yr off.
started regularly lifting 1 1/2 ago. whey shakes everyday again and no change. took this spring off b/c i was so busy with school and started lifting again a month ago.
tried many different diets/workouts over the yrs and saw no change in a gain in weight. i am still defined though.
