Help me understant 150lbs and under

you dont want to wait and take advantage of your natural hormones???

220 thats kick ass....tell me why you dont want to wait another yr or two??

First off unless you are extremly skinny naturally you have no idea how hard it is to gain weight. I started lifted at age 20, I was 5'11 135 :worried: a pure natural beanpole. I worked out, ate like a madman, and drank whey shakes for 4 years solid to get to 165-168lbs. I hit the gear just last Feb and now am at 188lb, training harder and even eating more. When I here people say you shouldn't touch gear until you hit 200lbs I get so pissed, I honestly believe there is no way in hell I could ever reach 200 natty. I worked out so hard I would puke, then eat eat eat and still only hit 165lbs after 4 yrs of training natty, now I'm on my 2nd cycle and still 12lbs shy......
 
love the way people are talking about weight!! fucking ridiculous - weight is nothing if you have no condition, peoplem just pull these weight figures out of their arse. Everyone is different.

I agree. But I would say 180 if you're around 6'.
Sure you can add mass beyond your genetic limit with AS but you'll never hold it, especially if you don't have any mature mass to build on. There is no evidence that AS will create new satellite cells which are required to make muscle where there was none previously. So all you can do is add to what you already have. At 150 you simply don't have enough.
 
6' at 180 is still small i think. one of my roomates it about that size.. def shouldn;t touch it imo. even tho im young, i still trained for 9 years and got to 230 before doing AS... ya gained about 10lbs/ year, that is very doable.
 
as far as being in shape, i'm in great condition.
like i said earlier, i'm 25 and 140 - 150lbs.

took karate for 15 straight yrs. started lifting when i was 19. lifted for a full yr straight, while taking weight gainer and whey shakes everyday. no change in weight so i took about a yr off.

started regularly lifting 1 1/2 ago. whey shakes everyday again and no change. took this spring off b/c i was so busy with school and started lifting again a month ago.

tried many different diets/workouts over the yrs and saw no change in a gain in weight. i am still defined though.
