the question is, 250 or 500mgs of test (think it's gonna be e)
what should i know about pct
if i go the 250 route, do i split it up into two weekly injections?
how many cals should i eat?
what type of training should i do, how many days, etc

. if you're trying to gain lean mass (minimum to low fat gain), just eat clean foods and keep your calories around bodyweight x 20. training can be anywhere from 3 days a week to 5 days a week depending on your schedule (work,etc) i would say minimum workout days are atleast 3 days a week (chest/tri's, back/bi's, shoulders with legs thrown in, and some ab exercises once or twice a week after your training)
