Help me out with my deit.

Ok let me first say i know its not anywhere near perfect but im trying so im gunna post pretty much what i eat everyday and shoot me a few ideas that will improve it.


6 am large bowl of honey bunches and oats cereal, yogurt, and protien shake with milk

7am-230pm i eat random little snacks usually have about 3 granola bars or something along those lines cause i work construction so.

9am usually a ham egg and cheese on a bagel, milk or ice tea...from dunkin donuts.


12pm Large turkey sub or chicken finger dinner with fries or steak tip dinner with fries, and two vitamin waters.

3pm come home and eat a few little things before i go the gym peanut butter, peanut butter crackers, nature valley peanut butter bars.

3:30pm drink my creatine.

3:45 Go to the gym

5pm weight gainer/protein shake

530-6pm eat Pasta or a sub or chicken


9pm ill have a small meal...beans, leftover pasta, hot pockets lol.

930pm syntha-6 protein shake with milk then bed.


My morning shake is whey protein by optimum nutrition
Weight gainers cyto gainer with 570 calories and 54g protein

I drink over a gallon of water threwout the day also.


So any suggestions id appreciate.
 
Terrible.

You need more REAL food and less of the processed crap you are eating.
 
I agree maybe some more natural food, BUT i am like you. When i bulk in the past i eat whatever to get the weight. So i kinda like what your doing. I lose weight easily so its not a problem. Just make sure you dont get to much fat.
 
ya if i notice fat ill cut back im not looking to change the whole thing but a few changes id like to do i want to change it slowly...that that only way i can get into the routine and do it right so what do you suggest would be best to add in or change....shoot me some ideas
 
!st pre cook some meals for the day. Like cook a bunch of chicken breast and eat those instead of a shake during the day. Make some brown rice to go with it. All easily cooked in bulk (large pan for rice) ( grill for chicken). Also Lunch meat packs a lot of protein and can be packed and stored in a small containers so easy to take with you to work or school. But dont get me wrong i think shakes are good and work!

I was going to call you on your 4% bf with that kind of diet but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Out of curiosity how is it possible to keep your bf in below 5% (much less in single digits) eating things like honey bunches and oats, all that peanut butter and hot pockets?

Wow bro! Do yourself a huge favor and do some serious homework on nutrition. I would fall over dead eating that crap. You cant fule your body on processed crap food it just wont work. Clean it up and try this...
Cook for 6 people, eat for 2, and eat 3 times from one cooked meal.
This is a GOOD habit and saves tons of time. I do this everytiime I cook.
If I make eggs I will throw another 8 in the pan and put in frige for later.
Chicken, steak, rice, pasta, ect cook enough for six and feast. For work pack a cooler for lunch and eat like you are on death row.

Eat 6 to 8 times a day works great for me. Eat more than you burn you WILL gain weight, train hard and sleep then you will add some good muscle.

You are what you eat.
