Alright people, I'm fairly naive when it comes to suppliments other than AAS... but due to some legal issues I'm off the sauce indefinitely & had a shitty PCT.
I haven't been to the gym in about a month & am looking to get back at it with everything as far as diet & "legal" supplimentation. No more AAS to pick up the slack I want to give this a go natural & strict to see what I can gain.
With that said, what are some recommended suppliments other than multi vitamins?
creatine, no2, bcaa's,etc?
