Help me get my suppliments in order!

Alright people, I'm fairly naive when it comes to suppliments other than AAS... but due to some legal issues I'm off the sauce indefinitely & had a shitty PCT.

I haven't been to the gym in about a month & am looking to get back at it with everything as far as diet & "legal" supplimentation. No more AAS to pick up the slack I want to give this a go natural & strict to see what I can gain.

With that said, what are some recommended suppliments other than multi vitamins?

creatine, no2, bcaa's,etc?

i havent used it but from all reports dermacrine would be worth cycling on-off along with derma sustain.

Pretty much what I take...except for the glutamine, which I think is over-rated
 
Depends on what you want -- there are test boosters, weight gainers, fat burners, anti e's, pre workout stims, plus specialty supps like VIGOR for pump and vascularity. Supps for increased focus, thyroid function, PCT, etc, etc etc. There are also supps which are a complete waste of money, glutamine heading the list. And there are certain things disguised as supps (like prohormones) which can mess you up.

It takes doing a little homework and a little experimentation. Check out the ones below and read up about them and try a couple that appeal to you.
 
I've heard that glutamine is bs, I've head it's good... which one is it??!! heh
It's so inexpensive so I'll buy it even if it's beneffits aren't worth it... cuz im sure whatever placebo effect it has is worth the 5bucks...
 
here is my opinion on what i think would work i would use no2 the pills and stack it wit ce2 the pills they work pretty dam good but its 80 dollars a bottle and i would use creatine along with those before work outs and it will work for ya or i think it will
