How is this program looking? I am looking for a way to put 1 day of HIIT in my workout program.
I also need a day or 2 where I can work on improving my pushup and situp endurance. Can you guy's help me piece a plan together or is this one good to go. It's a full body routine.

Diet:2100-2500cals 140-160carbs 180-215protein 25-50fat
Supplements:Not using yet but will start just trying to figure out how to utilize them best.

Animal Pak-My multi
Animal Pump-My creatine
Optimum Whey Protein-My Protein shake for after workout

Clenbuterol-Thinking of making this my main fat burner
T3-Have 2 bottles. But am trying to figure if I should actually use it now to lose weight.
Thermolife EBOL-Can't get the real thing so hopefully it can have 10% of the effect of the real thing.
Letrozole-I have Gyno(titays) and will try 3 cycles of this stuff before I get the surgery hopefully I won't have to.
Basic Cuts-I know there is no purpose of having a fat burner if you have clen. But I see how people stack Ephedrine with a fat burner so I'm thinking the same thing for Clen. I will most likely only use this pre-morning cardio for the extra energy.
