help me get HUGE

i apologize....im 26...5'9, 185...ten years training....3 years using aas...placed in top five in three shows i have done. not sure of body fat, but theone thing i have always got compliments on is how lean i am. i am doing another show in april and need to put size on. in my past competitions what i was lacking is size...i pretty much placed on definition and symetry. im sorry i presented the question in that manner.... need help w aas(exactly what i should consider) diet, and any other input.
 
reminds me of when I was working in my gym and some guy came up to me and said

"I wanna get big like a gymnast, what should I do?" I kinda chuckled.

anyway the classic bulking stack is Test/Deca/Dbol - if you're gonna be competing probably gonna use higher doeses than the beach body crowd that hangs out here at EF.
 
do you do natural shows or non-tested shows. reason i'm asking is i know a bunch that do natural but ain't. there aas regimen is totaly different. i'm doing a show that is in the second week of may.

How do you enter BB competitions, place, and not know anything about the diet, training, etc. required to get huge?? No flame intended, but this just baffles me.
 
ill post pics so you guys can c what i look like. i do know about diet and aas im just asking for suggestions. im the first one to admit and i am flawed....never had a problem w the pre contest carb depletion and cuttung....just growing to the potential i want to reach when im trying to bulk up....all im doing is asking for any help in that proccess. im sorry that this thread and my posts on this thread caused so many issues. it wasnt my intentions.

In that case, I think we could've better helped you out had you posted your previous cycles, diet, etc. so we could look to see what was working and what wasnt working.

He may need to increase training intensity
regardless his diet could sure use some tweaking.
