Help! i'm ripping ass day and night!

i just started a cycle of test last week. i also started to take more supplements than normal. here is the shit i'm taking...
4cc's test week
nitrotech protien 3 shakes daily, 1 bar a day
mutivitamin
glutamine
creatine
hydroxycuts
zma

when i started the cycle i added glutamine, multivitamine,and zma. i also started eating more protien. i got massive stanky gas! i'm thinking of investing in some gas-x, or maybe i just need to use some asslax to clean my insides.anyways is this normal or is it just me?
 
Check out mac's thread on ginger root. I think it's called "How to eat more protein" or something like that. I'll have to admit, ginger root works great...
 
when I first started eating properly, I upped my solid protein intake and started taking three shakes a day instead of one. holly shit did I stink! I was working at a cedar mill at the time and I worked in this huge open bay with 30 ft ceilings, there was this girl supervisor that was workin like 20 ft away and Id just let em rip, these were like ten to fifteen second farts. just huge, and I had over a hundred a day! (its true I counted, numerous times), anyways the supervisor chick keeps making puking noises every time I let em rip and shes askin everyone if they can smell it. They're all like hell yeah, it stinks, but they all knew it was me so they just played along. So now shes convinced that theres a dead animal in the bay so she gets the head supervisor and they start looking for the corpse. They never did find it and I just kept lettin em fly so they finally gave up.
needless to say it took about four good months for it to subside. Just give your body time to adjust. I just hope your not tryin to hook up with any women for a while.:D
 
I have that problem as well. Actually I would not call it a problem. It is a skill. Just let them rip and be proud of it. It is a talent.
 
I feel your pain bro. My girlfriend is getting really tired of my swampass. You know its bad when you make yourself leave a room.:toilet:
 
thanx buds! i'll check out ginger root. and try to eat more solid protien to cut down the shakes. and horseballs thats funny as hell dude! i work out side as a carpenter and my co-workers say i'm going rotten.
