i think i might have gyno, i have noticed a small hard lump under my right nipple and kinda hurts to touch. is this gyno and what should i do. im curently on test 400 e3d and tren ace 100mg e3d

should i be running nolvadex and how much.

i need to get to the bottom of this. i dont want tits!
