Help finding weight belt

I am trying to find an all leather weightbelt that is 6 inches. I know 6 inches are easy to find BUT....Im looking for a weightbelt that is leather that is 6 inches all around especially in abdominal region.

I struggle w/ abdominal hernias despite all I do so I ot to keep the ab region covered as much as possible, so anyone know where i can get a 6inch all around weightbelt?
