Hello I need help from everyone

i love andropen 275 i gained 20lbs in about 4-5weeks. all i did was the 3 b's eat big,lift big,get big.
that stuff is the bomb and will do the job for anyone and there are no side effects that im aware of cause i was perfect on it no acne,lip d1ck,backne or anything like that sh1t.
but do what you want and i would definitly start drinkin more protein and eattin more and liftin more.

Regarding you lack of weight gain, its not so important for you as to what you eat but how much you eat. You need to be eating 6-7 smaller meals per day with calories adding up in total to around 4500 Cal or at least over 4000. If you add up your present daily intake using a calorie counter or similar you may find you are not getting anywhere near this. Gear will not help you if this is the case.
I agree w/ the first part of your reply, Dianabol has worked wonders for me to get over my platue, however the cals thing needs to be measured.Everyone was telling me to eat 4500 to 5000 cals a day and never new i was only 150 lbs at 5'6''. So as it turned out the reason i couldnt get down that many cals was because my bod didnt need it. Go to a calculater and figure out your Bmi, I needed 1700 cals tyo stay at my current w/out gain or loss of weight, so i now double that on cycle..And it worked ! Clean cals too! I got my weight up to 170 w/out AS, in two months, and my BF was 11.7 %, thats how toi go about it. Then later talk about As !

You've been training a year and have no results?? It sounds to me like your diet is not in check. What is your diet and training look like? Also what are your current stats? Weight, height...said your age was 26. You can not grow if you are not eating enough....period. With or without juice. I think you should also go natural for at least 2 years to see what your body responds to. If you train hard and get enough food, your body will have no choice but to grow. I've been training a little over 2 years and I gained around 40 lbs in lean mass, but you have to have the total package for it to work. Weights, Food, And REST. Also..are you getting enough sleep at night. That will also kill your gains. Hope this has helped. Good luck bro.
 
Training for 1 year still makes you a noob, so you're still learning how your body responds to lifting. I think you should train for at least 1 more year before you jump into the steroid game.

But, when you do, I would recommend d-bol over anadrol since its a little less liver toxic.
 
IDE say eat clean as Hell and train like a beast for at least 6 more months before using aas. And when you do try your first cycle don't use drol. Abombs are not for newbies.
 
as tatyana has said bro please post up your current diet meal by meal. i see you said you train like a power lifter.. maybe you should train like a body builder for a while..

Thirdly, Nolvaa does nothing to prevent the prog sides of droll.

hello guys again, wow thank you so much for all the info.
yes i know am still a noobie to the bodybuilding scene and even more when it comes to supps. i taken phosphagen elite(creatine), cell tech hardcore, leukic, gakic, N.O explode, and animal pack. i stoped taking N.O cause it just raped my stomach. cell tech was good when i started but then a guy in the gym told me that it retained alot of water and i stoped taking and i saw that my growth just droped after i stoped taking it. leukic and gakic work fine for me i feel more solid when i take them, Phosphagen i just started to test not so sure its working for me. i been thinking maybe it is my training and my food intake im no way near 4000-5000 cal. my training mainly focuses on my chest triceps biceps shoulders forarms, thats 5 times a week, maybe i should drop it to 4 times a week and get more rest as for my sleep its good i get about 8-9 hrs each day. well if u guys can think of any other supps that i should try i am in ur hands and i would try then cause i like to listen and see what am doing wrong, as for why take anadrol first, its cause everyone told me its the best out there so i said "what the hell its the best out there why not then" yes i know very noobie of me but like i said just go with what i hear ppl use. i will review my training and my diet ill try to get 6 meals a day in. thank you for the help and yes maybe i will go for 2years and then if not does not go well im get some gear, if u guys can would u tell me which are good for starting.

bro you need to squat and deadlift. go check out the training forum on this site for some more ideas.

basic list of food you should be eating ED,
red meat, chicken, tuna/salmon, eggs, oatmeal, brown rice, fruit, vegies (esp greens), salads, milk. protein shake after training and before sleep.

dont worry about other supplements just yet, just get your diet and training dialed in first bro
