Hello all, newbie here and one quick Q. . .

Hi everone, I'm new and thought I'd post a formal hello.

While I'm at it, something strange happened while surfing these forums. I all of a sudden went "unregistered." Each time I attempted to register in I would get the "thanks for logging in, proceeding" message, and it would take me right back to the main forum site but I still wouldn't be logged in. Finally, 3 hours later I came back to try one more time and I made it in. Any idea why this happened?
