Are you runnning a 6 week cycle? Also, how long does hella usually take to kick-in. So many questions cos i'm startiung it myself very soon

I am going to shoot for running around 4 weeks. I have never tried this before so I am not sure how long it takes to kick in. I'm sure somebody knows here

How do you manage to eat that much in one sitting? I will literally throw up if I eat past a certain point and have been having this issue for a while. Any advice?
