they sacked him mid season with hardly any notice, and no-ones saying anything. any F1 fans reckon he'll make it to next season with toyota.

thats gotta hurt. eddie jordan could have at leats waited till the end of the season, still u never know what happens behind closed doors

I know this is the first I hear about this but dont forget Frentzen had his last victory 2 years ago since then nothing but a miserable driver...............

thing is i kinda admired frentzen at a crucial point in his career.

he just lost his long term girfriend. she then goes and gets with micheal schumacher, his nations favourite, she then marries him,. he loses a lot of money (i hear) and yet he still comes a clear 3rd in the world championships even though his car is clearly outclassed by mclarens anf ferrari's.

but to replace him with zonta, and mid season! before his home grand prix too! something serious m,ust have happened at silverstone, i heard there was a massice bust up there....its a great pity too, his car was turd last season, this season its a little better but i thik he lost the mindset.

but it would have been better for the team for him to stay on. hes gonna appeal legally, so he must want to/wants some money. when williams booted daon hill they waited till the end of the season.
