Heavy Lifting and Liver Enzymes

So I am in tailspin when it comes to liver enzymes. After doing loads of research, I have read blood panels of natural athletes that have never done steroids, rarely drink but lift very heavy and had AST/ALT in the high hundreds. After the subjects discontinued lifting for 10 days And retesting, the liver enzymes went back into normal range (ast 35)

So with that said, when your on a cycle and your liver is over 100 yet your lifting heavier each week. How do you know if its the lifting or the anabolics that's causing the liver enzymes to raise? Do you still pull the plug on cycle if so?

I have had mine tested while cruising and while on orals and there is def a difference. Slightly elevated liver enzymes and creatinine/BUN is not uncommon for any bodybuilder due to the stress we put on our bodies. However, there is a big difference when orals are taken and liver enzymes shoot up a lot higher. Mine have never been above the 40's and 50's while cruising but on orals I have seen more in the 70's and 80's.
