This is a great site, with lots of great content, supported by many great members.

Having been plat I can say it is well worth the small investment.

Yeah, I stand behind that. If all I do is post on C & C and read the women's forum, it would be silly to go plat. There is no content really geared toward women on here that you get if you are plat. Now, some guys may want it for the steroid reports or whatever, but I don't see the big benefit of going plat to just post on the bulletin board.

Maybe I am wrong, but I just don't get what you get for the $130/month. Usually when I buy a product, I like to see a benefit. I guess maybe I don't get the benefits of the difference, other than the steroid boards that are private and bombs. I really don't care much about those things. It isn't a dis. I just don't get how going plat would benefit me. You could enlighten me, perhaps. :wink:

rofl...no, I'm not all that buff, even. I have a body more like drew barrymore at the moment. I'm sort of average size, like a Drew Barrymore type bod. I'm working on it though. AAS just isn't part of the plan. I subscribe to Oxygen for that content, and if EF had that sort of content for women that was for plats only, I would probably sign up. I'm not telling other people that they shouldn't be plat. I'm just saying, for me, I don't really see that I would be doing anything differently or seeing any difference in plat or non-plat.

I didn't say that they did. I said that I see the benefit of plat for the AAS info, but that I don't need that info. I, personally, have nothing against people exercising to use them or not use them. I'm just talking about the benefits of going plat or not going plat for ME, personally.

Anyway, I don't really know that I expect or want to get to that level. I would like to just get as nice as I can be eating healthy, working out 1hr/day. I just want to keep it in moderation.

Go to the women's board and click on the thread that says "Start Here". All the info you need...

Figure/fitness babes take a laundry list of AAS. You can't make it at the professional level without them.
 
Yeah, I read every single thread in the start here part of the women's forum the first few days that I found EF. I think Velvett & Gym gurl put that together. ??? I would have to go back and look, but I thought those were excellent pages. =-)

I did do my research. When I was plat, I didn't see anything better than the pages in the women's forum. Did I miss something?
