Many of the top artists even as late as the 90's were known drug users. When they went clean, their originality and creativity went out the window. Look at the garbage that's out now. Granted most of it is due to MTV but there is no originality any more. I relate this directly to musicians not truly tapping into their creative mind with the use of drugs. Many if not most of the biggest musicians have been users.
Drugs are a personal decision and if one can handle every day responsibilities without endangering others, why would you think bad of them?

There is a hue social cost associated with drugs and your personal decision to use drugs has fueled a part of society that has made life miserable for the rest of us.
I can't believe people out three think crack and heroin have no effect on others...no wonder this country has gone completely in the shitter.
