Heartbreak!

I believe time heals all wounds my friend. There is NO guideline to how long the healing proscess takes some recover quickly and some do not I can tell you this from experience sitting around and dwelling on it will only prolong the pain,Get out and enjoy life, put some adds up online and go on some meet and greets You will feel better I promise.

Personally, I think time with friends and family is preferable.

Just jumping into a relationship with someone else could either have the rebound person end up heartbroken, or no time for reflection and realise what lessons you learned from your last relationship.

just start fucking as many other hot bitches as you can until you're all better.

I'm sure you've heard, "the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else." - or something like that.

It helps a lot when you're emotionally unavailable though.

This is what we are taught in Grad School to effectively deal with grief.
LOL

It can take any where between a few weeks and up to a year. As Tatyana said, keep no contact with that person!

If you do, it will all come back and you need to reset the clock!

Just keep busy to take your mind off things.

Well the way I dealt on heartbreak in the past was definetely through meeting new people, making new friends and fucking around, going to new places it really helps... basically doing things out of what you usually did with that person. And yeah going to the gym and starting to take care of your body and self-love is also a good idea.
