Someone said they feel like they have heart pains or cramping and don't know what it is. I had that a year ago and my heart felt like it was cramping and got worried. I went to the emergency and they took some blood to test my CKMB enzymes (heart enzymes like your liver has enzymes) The normal range I think was 1-170 and they came back and couldn't believe that mine were 5200. The Doctor almost had a fucking heart attack. He said that I wasn't going anywhere and they had me in the hospital for 3 days giving me 900mg aspirin every 6 hrs. After 3 days of aspirin it went down to 300 befor they let me go. They thought that I had pericarditis but they did an EKG, ultrasound and they said that my heart is perfectly normal. Here's what happened, there is a sac around your heart that protects it or let's say cushions it every time it beats. They said that was inflamed. He said it could be due to intense workouts, getting the heart beating too hard and fast and the sac couldn't handle it. I was training going from set to set with little rest and doing drop set after drop set. They said it's too much strain on the heart. For a minute there I though my heart was enlarged. Now i don't train so intense with little drop sets and longer rest between sets. But I have some advice for everyone.
1. Go get your CKMB enzymes checked because if you get cramps in the heart area, even small ones they say it is mini heart attacks that could eventually lead up to a real one.
2.I take 500 mg aspirin everyday making sure it's enteric coated so as not too kill my stomach.
3. I'm not promoting this product but ever since I've been taking Dr.Strauss heart drops which has, garlic,cayenne, hawthorne,valerian, and milk thistle in it 2 times a day I never get the cramping anymore plus it's good for your heart.
Lastly:I take a cayenne supplement that is 40,000 heat units per capsule every day.Cayenne has been proven to stop a heart attack if cayenne is place under the tongue during a heart attack. It's also awesome for you circulatory system.
I may not be 100% right but I think that everyone using crank should do those 3 things at least once a yr because remember one thing:
