HEADBANDS?... cool in a gay way or just gay?

This is an extremely serious question mind you.

Sweat often gets in my eyes when i'm at the gym and a headband would be very functional to stop this from happening...

Now, clearly headbands are pretty stupid- but are they so stupid they're cool? Or just dumb....

Thoughts? Feelings?

headbands are gay. Just look at the lead singer for Loverboy, and tell me otherwise.

How about a bandana that covers your whole head? It's still gay, but in a cool gay way.

I have the same problem, I shave my head, and all the sweat runs down my face. Right now, I use a towel to wipe off my face, but have thought about using a bandana. I think my full fuscia unitard is gay enough.

I wear a Baseball cap when outside doing yardwork etc to absorb the sweat and wash it often. I've seen some wearing them at the Gym for this reason. Most have a thick section in the front of the cap for this purpose. As for sweat at the Gym, I just use a small towel before each set of when doing cardio..

I will never wear a sweat band...

Get a buff. Thats what I wear, the keep sweat off of my forehead, plus they breathe and let heat escape my head.

I think they are passe' [sp] They went out with Bjorn Borg. However when I am doing an intence session on the elliptical trainer I wear one to keep the sweat out of my eyes. I guess it is not that "gay" for either sex as long as it serves a purpose and is not just an fashion statement.

you are in the gym to LIFT...not look pretty. If it takes wearing a headband to get the sweat out of your eyes and the job done so be it. who cares what others think about that

I say yes to headbands, I like the NBA ones personally, i use mine when i play basketball, it orks wonders. If not just get a wristband, just wipe your forehead withit.

Get a towel, bandana, or some sort of hat (baseball cap, beanie, whatever.)
