Headaches while lifting

the only things i have done to lower my BP is eat ANPB, besides that nothing, i bet there are herbs out there that can lower it at resting too, i would love to find out too, since if lower bp at resting = lower bp at lifting

Well alcohol doesnt have any good effects if you want to make gains in the gym. If your intake is excessive then it may.
