HCG and it's use...?

i've heard two theory's on the use of HCG for post cycle treatment. some say to inject 500IU everyday or every other day for 3 weeks after your cycle. others say to "shock your system" and give a one shot dose of 5000IU's each week. can someone shed some light on this? seems like the single shot a week would kill some receptors.

with heavier single doses also come heavier sides.... gyno can be a problem with high doses of HCG... 500iu's pd seems to work just finne for me!! I don't believe in "shocking" my system with ANYTHING!!!!

I use the 500iu/day for 10 consecutive days.

This has always worked fine for me so that's what I stick with.
