I read a good comment from Ulter in a previous thread, talking about how Elite has changed over the years. I believe I originally came around to the boards in '99 or 2000, back when el cubano was mod, and Mustang 18 wasn't. My account went inactive and I had to register again under a different handle, irrelavant, but I thought I'd add some credibility to the time that I've been around this board.
I didn't post near as much back then, cuz I was busy reading up and learning after throwing 2-3 cycles away because of poor diet and a poor PCT.
So what's changed?? The cycles?? The doses?? Training? Diet? The bullshit that some people like to talk?? Let's hear it...

For one, I think the doses. What people consider 'normal' doses has increased over the past years. Especially when it comes to first and second cycles. Many posts start...."This is my first cycle and I am doint 500mg Test E 400mg Deca and 15mg Dbol" and the first response would be..."bump your Dbol to 25mgs" I think the doses are just getting out of hand. Maybe because we expect more in a shorter period of time, or maybe with the advent of UG gear, the dosing simply is not accurate and so people take a lot more. Thats a start- lets see what other say.

Ive only bin here a cople of months but thats the first thing I thought when I started reading post.I was like holly shit look at thease dossis.I remamber my first cycle was like 150mg of decca a week.dossent seem like much but it worked graet for me.if I posted that now people would be like thats a wast of a cycle.
