Focus on your diet and eating first, as well as your lifting routine. There are a lot of bodybuilders who have posted their eating and lifting routines. You can, in some ways, emulate what they have done and apply it to your goals.
Spend at least 6mos. to a year getting this part of your life dialed in, then you can start thinking about adding supplements to you diet. If you want to lose that fat, you have to be disciplined like you never have been before.
