Has Anyone Tried Powertrip from onapowertrip.com?

Hey guys and gals. I know this isn't a steroid but wasn't sure where else to post this. Well, I'm 21 and just starting to lift weights and I wanna know if anyone here has used this and what they think about it. I kinda want to get fast results cause Im tired of being fat. Well not fat fat but just out of shape. Thanks In advance.

Don't fool yourself. If it is done right....it's NOT FAST !!! Being fit is a lifestyle. It takes time.

I didnt mean it literally. I'm thinking 2-3 months and I' not expecting to look liek Vin Diesel or however you spell him name, But just have a tighter body than I do now. So has ANyone tried these?

You will be lucky to do it that time. You will have to be strict as hell. What goals do you have anyways? Be specific.
 
i would post this on the supplement board. as for seein results in 2-3 months maybe if u've never lifted before, but like maxpain said its a lifestyle. get ur diet in check and hit the wieghts hard and u'll see results. the only supp i would use right now is protein and creatine.
 
Thanks for the info guys. I tried to look for a better place to post this but couldn't find one. I try to eat healthy but its hard cause junk foods so yummy. Well I dont think Im that fat though I have a small gut. I am 6' and weigh about 190. Right now I run about 4-5 days a week for about an hour each day. I lift 70lbs same about 4-5 days a week. I know thats not a lot but I heard I have to start low. Doesn't Creatine make your penis small? Or give you sexual problems or something like that? I heard this a while ago. Thanks again for the replies.
 
archangel, There is a lot of information out there. Start by doing your homework. Go to some of the Diet/food forums, ie.

Focus on your diet and eating first, as well as your lifting routine. There are a lot of bodybuilders who have posted their eating and lifting routines. You can, in some ways, emulate what they have done and apply it to your goals.
Spend at least 6mos. to a year getting this part of your life dialed in, then you can start thinking about adding supplements to you diet. If you want to lose that fat, you have to be disciplined like you never have been before.
Just stick around. You will find what you need and the encouragement to do it. There are some really cool people here. Welcome to the board. :garza:
