lol @ WB going after foreign names that sound similar!

Usually what happen is - studios announce to foreign distributors - if you distribute this, you risk losing our movies in the future. Most will blacklist the title in question rather than lose big studio support. Kinda like how RIAA has a stranglehold on the music industry.
