hi, i've read a lot on bodybuilding, in particular bulking, I know gaining is all about diet but my metabolism is so fast. i'm 20 years old, 5'11 150 and just cannot seem to gain. for a while i've been having two Serious Mass shakes every day, along with at least 3 substantial meals. I know that it's all about eating big to get big, but i've been taking in easily 3500+ cals every day and should be gaining weight. I workout Monday thru Friday with Legs, Chest, Back, Bi's Tri's, and Shoulders all on separate days. Could this be why i'm not gaining? working out too much and burning too many calories? I really don't know what to do, I'm completely overstuffed and full every day.
