Whenever I go to my gym its like a damn hangout. A bunch of kids that care nothing more than getting a date. And then theres the power lifters that push everyone around. I think the gym should be a place to workout and thats it. The diet isnt that bad for me - I don't miss my other food at all since it always made me sick and feel tired - the diet makes me feel full of life, of course eatting 6 meals a day is a bitch when you have school.
Training until it hurts...

I am all for everyone and anyone training, but if you dont know what the hell you are doing ask questions or read. It pisses me off when assholes hoard a bench or squat rack curling the bar or talking to all of their buddies.
