What did you do for legs? I felt the same way the other night. After 8 sets of squats, 4 sets of leg presses, extensions, curls, and calves. . . I was ready to barf. Luckily, I was able to hold my mud.
I had another response typed out, but I re-read it...you're reading into my post more than what is presented. I am "for real" and gave a sincere compliment. That's all...no drama.
