past two days i've eaten about 3500-4000 calories prior to my workout. By the time I'm done lifting and take my insulin shot around 6 or so I immediately take in food: 84g protein/85-100g carbs, which is about another 700 calories. Now the problem is eating my next two meals. The only thing from keeping me from hypo is my glucose pills which i pop frequently b/c of dizziness and/or headache. With the exception of the past two days my next meals have been 50g protein/70-90g carbs for my 2nd and 35g protein/50g carbs for my 3rd meal. Even with force feeding myself I have had a hard time eating anything. I need some help and or suggestions.
