LOL. that old method might be alright if you dont have a predisposition to shoulder problems.
something tells me that an alternative method (scaption) used by people who do have shoulder problems might be a better option and might be just as effective. its a matter of neutral shoulder vs protracted shoulder. i prefer to strengthen neutral.
