I have a typical military cut so a good rinse on your average work day is more than enough.

I don't know if I would call what you have a military cut Wayne, its more of a cave-man thing.

Also i have noticed that after soaking in a hto tub full of the stuff after my shower and applying it to my shoulders...the next day all my acne..was hard..and falling off and clearing up very nice. And no irritation or any other crap to the skin liek bezyl peroxide...or any other crap. Simply dried it up...acne only and not skin!

Im going to buy a big ass bottle today!

Not to get too metrosexual on here but I have used Nioxin shampoo for a few years after a hair stylist told me it is a great over all shampoo. It just so happens that it helps to remove DHT from your scalp and was made for guys with thinning hair/hair loss, etc. I prefer that for everyday use and I buy it at the WalMart hair place. I get the big bottle for about $23 or so and it last me for a long time. I shampoo every other day and just rise inbetween unless I got unusually funky. I then add Nizoral to my regimine twice a week when on. I am not prone to MPB, and all my hair is there. Plus I don't get itchy scalp....I hate that. For regular everyday use, I can't say enough about Nioxin.

I hear that. I use Nioxin every day shampoo and cream rinse and gel (which is very light) its a little more expensive than regular stuff but worth it. I have used the Nizoral and I think, for me, the Nioxin is better.
I also use Xanadrox and Minoxidil 5% when on.
