Had my shoulder stabilisation surgery yesterday. It went well. I am in such pain i want to cut it off!!! There is no way 4 me 2 do my show in april.

You'll get through it bro. The first few days sucks but it gets better. I had both shoulders done. Be aggressive with PT and heal quick....

is there anything that you took that made your recovery quicker? or just rest?

I had a complete tear in the labrem. it would pop out of socket often. No way pt could of fixed it!!! i went 2 the best doc in the buisness.

when was it painfull, during workout's? chest exersises?

My bench is shot! and i usually get flare ups are the workout

I started hgh 3 months prior 2 surgery @ 2iuED 2 help with recovery. I stopped it a week b4 surgery 4 a few reasons. cost and doc said it could heal 2 quick and that could be bad too. Im gona wait it out and see what happens. 10mg/325 norco's r helping alot!!!
