Why work on the chest right after gyno surgery. That is stupid, and yes i coulda waited longer. But the doc actually told me ONE week of absolute rest and then i could ease very slowly back into it ... wich is what i've done ... after 1½ week, very light weights and high repping, raising by a pound or two each excersise. I choose this approach based on a few surveys i did on guys like us... you know, some are back in the gym 48hours later ? (just dont go full ROM is the advice) .. so i've settled somewhere in the middle.. usually a good place to start.
Now i did have a very mild case of gyno(i see teens with much much worse shit than i had), maybe that has something to do with the recommendation from the doc .. i dunno.
And acutally it was on my left side, and i am right handed. But i see the argument as very plausable. guess its just the odds.
If you had blood drained, i can certainly appreciate your standpoint a whole lot more...
as for the removal of all the gland or not, i've been thinking a bit about that. You are in the states right ? Im in europe. It's very plausable that there's different 'schools' on the subject depending on our latitude/longitude coordinates. What may be the correct way of doing it here may very well differ from what is the right way of doing it over there.
Yet knowing how it usually works, whats right over there will, in time, migrate over here as well.
Guess it's all about playing the odd's .. even in an argument ..
BUT .. if i read about peeps getting their glands cut here in about 10 years, ill dig this thread up and give you some credit
