i've always wanted to do one....basically you stand there half naked, they measure you, and then they put this "magic cream" all over you that is ice cold then they use stones covered in peppermint oil that is also ice cold....then they proceed to wrap you in saran so tight they have to practically pick you up and carry you to this sit down sauna machine where your head just sticks out.....you sit in there for 30 min. and every 7 minutes they come and bring you water.....it gets reeeealllly hot, after that is over, they cut the saran and all stare at you to see if you look different...after they all agree you look slimmer, they send you off to the shower to wash it all off and then they re-measure you. I actually lost 6 inches in total all over my body but the main reason I did it was because my skin feels soooo soft!

Anway....if your interested in instant results, I would check it out....I'm gonna have another done in 3 weeks

TripleB I received a trip to a day spa here in Atlanta called Spa Sidel and got the full treatment. Awesome isnt it!? Not only sensual, but deeply relaxing and makes you feel like a damn queen.

Yeah, but all the inches you "lose" is just water. You "re-gain" the inches as soon as you rehydrate. Good for a one-night event, but not something that you maintain. It isn't a REAL loss of inches, only perceived.

true....and i'm sure the inch loss will be shortlived, but the main benefit i noticed was how soft but tight it makes your skin....again, don't know if this is temporary, but the lady told me that as long as I drink plenty of water the fat cells that were compressed will remain that way till the next treatment where they will become even further compressed.

The reaon you LOSE the inches is you are dehydrating the cells....you are getting rid of water in the body. This DEFINATELY will make you feel tighter. But as soon as you rehydrate the cells, you will go back to normal. It can get rid of some excess bloat caused by sodium or PMS, that may not come back...but the NORMAL water retention in cells will return....

thats what i would think....as drinking lots of water doesn't make you retain excessive water.....
