hey guys ... im on week 4 of a cycle :

eq : 750 mg , sustanon : 500 mg , proviron : 50 mg

i have a verry small lump under my left nipple , and on the right nipple i have a lump that is like the size of a pea .
i first noticed them on week 2 , i talked to my coach and he told me not to take letrozole or arimidex , since they will affect my gains , i wont gain annything

they are not itchy , or sensitive , and my chest looks fine .

could this be an sign of gyno ?

Your coach told you not to use arimidex but he's all good with you doing steroids? Hahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahaha hahahaahaha wtf???! How old are you?

anw i wanted to ask can i take nolvadex instead of letro or arimidex , since they cost alot about 200 $ . and nolvadex cost 10 $ , i get them from a pharmacy

No, you cannot substitute Adex / Letro with Nolva, especially not while you are ON cycle. Does your coach know you are using steroids? Must be, seeing that he told you NOT to take the stuff that will prevent you from growing a nice of hang-tits. Yes, taking Adex or Letro on cycle will hinder your gains slightly, but gaining less mass/weight/size is OKAY by me if I also don't gain a pair of titties. I would rather end up gaining 6 lbs less on cycle and be titty-free than gain that extra 6 lbs and 4 of them are titty-weight .. you get what I am saying?

I also have a small lump under my right nipple. I have had it for years but it was never tender until I began TRT about nine months ago. I initially used 100mg of Formestane twice daily for control. On a scale of 1-10 it reduced the tenderness down to about a two. I added Novadex to the mix to see what affect it would have. As far as I can tell it has had none. About a week ago I started using letro. The tenderness is completely gone and my 5 years old gyno is getting smaller. I bought mine from USA peptides. So far I really like this company.

Pick up some liquid letro from www.ag-guys.com and start using it ASAP. Its priced reasonably well and its very effective. You need to control your gyno before it gets out of hand. Having gyno on stage will pretty much take you right out of the competition.

I would also fire your coach. He obviously isn't looking out for your best interests.

I doubt that his coach is an idiot (after all he was smart enough to obtain a college degree) but he definitely needs to better educate himself on the use/misuse of anabolics. Especially if he is going to be working with athletes. Whether he approves or not many athletes will turn to anabolics for a competitive advantage.

You're putting words in my mouth. I didn't say he was necessarily smart just not an idiot. Some of the smartest people I know are not very well educated. Just because a person doesn’t have the money or inclination to attend college has nothing to do with their overall intelligence.

I never said someone who didnt goto college was unintelligent.

Regardless, my comment stands that this guys coach is an idiot. Telling some young guy to run a 4 week cycle with EQ and sust at over a gram total and not use an AI is a fucking idiot. The very term idiot does not necessarily mean unintelligent. It can mean foolish, self-defeating or even significantly counterproductive..
