Gyno update

So here's the update from my friend.

1.5 weeks into his first test cycle.. 400mg of cyp per week, his nipples got SUPER itchy and sore. At times it felt like there were needles in them.. or electricity running through them.

2 days after the soreness started, he started guzzling liquid Nolva like no tomorrow. The symptoms got a little worse, and one nipple got very puffy and weird looking. His nipples were hard all the time as well.

but a week later the soreness, itchyness, and puffyness all went away.

He feels a little something behind the nipple, but doesn't think its anything new.. and was told it might just be the normal gland that is back there.

He also dropped his dose to 300mg/week instead of 400... he wonders if this will still get him any gains.

So its 300mg/week of Cyp... 1.25 mg a day of liquid Letrozole (who knows if its real though) and 40-80mg per day of liquid nolva.

I'd say this is encouraging for those first time users who experience gyno symptoms and freak out. A lot of nolva and you'll be fine.

It amazes me why people do not take anti-e's with all their cycles. I know I will never do one again without it!!!!

my friend was taking an anti E, yet gyno symptoms still hit.

Some people are senstive to gyno, others aren't.. no need to blast nolva if you are not.

What Anti-E was he taking during the first 1.5 weeks? also, nolva reduces the femara effectiveness by 40% (rumor.. but got me thinking). Was he on liquid femara + liquid nolva? i'm tempted to just run liquid a-dex if thats the case.. just run it twice a day due to low half life of adex.

A-dex does not have a short half-life. Its long enough where many bros take it EOD.
