Gyno surgery today!

Now if he crushed it and it is now covering a larger space (acting as tissue filler), if it does get aggravated again, you could end up on with gyno lopside on the breast area.

Oh, did your insurance cover it.

He said he crushed it up so fine to where it was like strands of hair between his fingers... kinda wierd. He always said if I really wanted to get it removed completely he would do it for $250 since I already paid for the surgery once.
I do not have health insurance.

My bf keeps dropping now that I am extremely disciplined so if I can see the gland I will get it removed almost all the way. I guess he would try to keep a little behind the nipple to prevent the divot.

How much was your overall surgery?

Did he recommend you shed as much fat as you can before the surgery. That is what docs down here tell people. Reduce overall bodyfat so it is easier to contour the shape.

My surgeon actually crushed up the glands too.... He then said he sucked out some of them too, and I could NEVER get gyno again.... I wasn't too concerned back then about it to be honest..... I have no divets or indentations even when I get below 8% BF..... The entire nipple area is very "consistent" looking, for lack of a better word.... I also don't believe I can't get gyno again, so I take precautions against getting it.....

I did try to reduce the gyno through diet and drugs Marco 1st..... The leaner I got, the more evident the gyno got, which is what made me decide to get the surgery....

No I did not ask for insurance to pay. I have already asking too many questions because I have had three abcesses removed. I do not want to compromise my life insurance policy. I have tried letro and nolvadex but it was too hard on the sex drive. I just did not feel right. The combination was working but my dick turned into pudding.

Some cialis and time... ;) Personally, I'd never go under the knife if I didn't have to - especially since the letro was working well for your gyno. I wish I had letrozole before my first gyno surgery...I would have never let anyone cut me open when I could use some letro.

I paid a fee of 3000 to him and a total of 1450 to the hospital for the room fees and anaesthesia.

He didnt mention anything about dropping bf.

down here people hate to lean up because their gyno is more evident.... so they have the surgery and then lean up and it takes a complete different look and shape. hence the reason most docs tell people to drop BF% and then lean up.

Now how bad did this hurt? When were you back at work (what kind of work is it you do?) How soon in the gym or were you just hitting the tread mill in that time to keep active?

2 Percs took care of the pain. It took me a month to get back to work (food service) and roughly 21 days for light lifting. Prolly 5 weeks before I felt OK to go heavy again.
