Gyno Question.

Aren't there naturally some small lumps under your nipples? Or buds (think i've heard them called that)or glands of some sort that are there from birth? It's just something thats part of your anatomy? So even if you don't have gyno, then its possible that you can feel some lumps there?

There are glands there but normally they are not large enough to feel. In the first stage of gyno they swell up to the size of peas and the area can get sore and itchy.
