DHT gel has been shown in studies to reduce gyno in men, however alot of guys report similar resutls from DHT-derived steroids, with winstrol being near the top. If DHT gel cannot be found a winstrol/nolva stack might be helpful.

The moral of the story is run Nolva and A-dex at the FIRST sign of symptoms and if test gives you gyno probs, run Nolva FROM THE BEGINNING of your next cycle. I sure will.

Then I was forced to stop working out for a while several months after that. Well approximately 12 months AFTER that cycle said:
I am interested in anyones explanation of how this happens 12 months post cycle without being "on" anything? WTF? Thanks!

Good news bro!

is there any way to know if you are prone to gyno before doing a cycle?

what about dbol? if someone didn't get gyno symptoms from running a 50mg/day cycle of dbol, is that a good indicator?

Yeah that still puzzles me too.
I think that's part of the reson why I overlooked the itching and sensitive nips...because I didn't think it would occur right then.

whats up with these 50mg dbol cycles I keep reading about in this forum... This is not a good idea, which is mostly water gains... terrible cycle!!!

I have found the best general indicator for gyno-proneness (or any estrogen sides) is BF%. Those with BF% 15 and up seem to be more prone. Reason: More fat, more estrogen conversion. As always, there are exceptions. Another is a history of previous gyno or pre-gyno symptoms.
