Well almost gone.
My Problems & how I got them
I did a Sust/Dbol/Tren/Winny cycle about 14 months ago. Ran precautions thru-out, but neglected the post cycle therapy somewhat. Still I had no problems.
Then I was forced to stop working out for a while several months after that. Well approximately 12 months AFTER that cycle, when I began working out hardcore again, my nipples began itching, but since it had been a year since my last cycle, I overlooked it. MISTAKE. They then became extremely puffy. I started taking Liquidex, but they didn't improve any.
I then started my planned cycle (500mg Sust/wk.).
Around the 2nd week I had bad gyno.
My Gyno Description
So here I am in week 2 of my cycle and have gyno. My nips were puffy for about an inch radius around the center of my nipples. If you were to look at my chest from a side profile, the nips would stick out about 3/4 of an inch into a point. The skin to the side of the nipple even nearly folded over (it appeared). It looked terrible.
My gyno was psuedo gyno (fatty deposits) as opposed to fibrous (hard lump). However my whole pec was 'squishy' and lumpy all over & on both sides. I also assumed the gyno was Estrogen related and not Prolactin (which I had Bromocryptine (sp?) just in case)
What I did to cure it
First, GETTING OFF THE CYCLE is the first step that should be done. Killing the source of the problem is key. I was in week 4 of my Sust cycle by this time, so I didn't want to stop, but unless you want the irreversable kind of gyno I suggest stopping.
I began taking Nolvadex at 40-60mg per day.
I also took Liquidex at .5 EOD.
This seemed to hault my gyno, but what I had before was still there.
I threw in some Formasin (4-hydroxyandrostenedione) at 300 mg/day also.
(similar to Nolvadex, but it suppose to kill the estrogen along with keeping it from binding)
I ordered DHT Gel (Andractim) and began applying it at 5 grams each pec twice a day. I've only been doing this for 5 days now and MY GYNO IS NOTICABLY DIFFERENT. It's nearly gone! I still have minor puffy nips that will hopefully go away soon, but if I had to guess I'd say the gyno is about 70% regressed. If this rate continues, I'll be fully cured in another week or two.
My short term plans
I plan to continue running Nolvadex at 20 mg/day and the Formasin at 300 mg/day. I will keep using the DHT gel for a minimum of 20 days, depending on results.
I also have Yohimburn and Thimucase Cream in case I need to go shirtless in the meantime. (They will temporarily make the puffy nips go away).
Conclusion
If you are developing gyno and are in a cycle I suggest you drop it. Sure nobody wants to, but I'd rather drop a few pounds than pay $5,000 and lose the pounds anyways due to recovery time.
DHT Gel may not work for everyone, but it sure did for me. It would def. be worth a try before considering surgery.
Please, whatever you do stop the gyno when you begin showing symptoms. Don't neglect it like I did at first. If your nips get tender &/or itchy, raise the Anti-E and take some Noldadex at the very least.
I have also heard of other people having success using Vitamin E gel caps at 2,000 iu's per day. This may be worth researching if nothing else helps.
Hopefully this thread will help those doing a search and are in need in the future. I will answer any questions you may have.
