Gyno?????(pic)

well ive been dealing with this for as long as i can remember. does this look like gyno? i do not feel any masses behind nipples. but my nipples are puffy and they have been that way forever. im 22 5'8 170 lbs bf 14-16% or is it just fat?
 
I would say diet and cardio down a bit and see if you notice a change, which Im sure you will.
 
Too much Fat to tell.........Do some Dieting and morning cardio on an empty stomach ,i believe you will find it is all fat.And Workout- The more muscle you have the less fat you will have.

yep moobs for sure.. also known as chest fat, we can tell because of the excessive fat stores around your middle, if you had said there was a hard lump under the nipple then the advice would be the same actually, reduce body fat, and see a doc because that's the only way to be sure..
 
im almost done with a 4 week epi cycle and i am really impressed with the results so far. i have managed to trim down my stubborn chest fat and also was able to put on some decent size.

this was my first time every using epi and will be using it again.

epi 30/30/30/40

m-chest/tri
t-back/bi
w-shoulders/legs
thurs-off
f-repeat
30 mins of cardio ed

diet: 2500-3000 cal. ed
roughly 50-30-10 per meal

before i was 170 and now im at 174 am* . i did not however check my bf before which i regret. i would have liked to seen my progress and see exactly how much lean mass i put on but i am very happy as of now i will be done on the 18th and i will check it then. i also have about 100 clen too that i was thinking about starting at the beginning my 3rd week of pct and running it for 2 weeks starting at 40mcg and working my way up to 100-120 mcgs till the end of pct or should i wait till after pct. Any opinoins!
 
Good progress, but you are still consuming too many calories.
