i haven't cycled for about a year and a half and my boobs seem to be geting a little puffy. what are some actions i should take, does anybody know what the price tag on gyno surgery whould be.

I eat pretty clean but i do slip up here and there, I am 6'4'' 255lbs not sure on bf%, and i have been running 30 to 45 mins a day, im trying to loose some weight

I would get a bloodtest done and see what your doc says on the price of gyno surgery if it is. Maybe your estrogen levels are higher than normal and so you could take nolva. But get a blood test done first that will answer a lot of questions

if you put on alot of fat it could be just fat not breast tissue...if your puffy you could be just fat and bloated...eat alot of sodium?

Uhhh...yah. There were times I felt I needed a manzeire, like just after eating that huge Panda Express sodium bomb and drinking a gallon of water(don't do that anymore) :worried:

I wouldn't reccommend talking to a doctor about it, I developed it when I was around 13 not really bad, but it is something, I've always hated about my body. My doc before he retired when I was about 17 told me it would go away when I got older and it never did. When I went to my last doctor in about 2005 he wouldn't give me a referral to a surgeon or anything because he said its pretty normal. I'm 26 now.

It's a hard circular tissue behind my nipples that doesn't really bother me or change. But it is something that I am definitely going to cut out one day when I have a couple thousand to spend on it. Cosmetic surgeons usually are experienced in dealing with this problem and will gladly tell you the cost without an appointment.
