Hey guys, Rookie on these forums. Been lurking a long time (years here and there).

Started GW50156 on 03-2-2014. I'm taking 20mg total split am/pm.
Also an EC stack 25E and 200C twice daily. Also nolva due to being in PCT.

Starting Stats:
Age 25
Weight 199
BF% Guessed at 19
Lifting Experience 10yrs serious for 3

I've been running a High Fat/Protein and low carb with refeeds regimen for the past 6wks. Wasn't until last week did I incorporate the EC and GW.

My question is if I should change up my nutrition. In my mind (bro science) since GW turns to fat as a fuel source, then the less fat I consume, then the more stored fat can be utilized. I am thinking of upping the carbs and dropping the fat to meet my same caloric goal.
Any thoughts as to what you guys believe would be best? I do good on the keto (currently on) but my body is no longer using carbs as energy. So am I right to "assume" low carb is not necessary and low fat is?

Anyways current stats
Age 25
Weight 195
BF guessed at 18
Height 5'11

Current sides
None

So for only being one week in, I am pretty happy with GW. I plan to run for 10-12 weeks at the current dosage.

My endurance has greatly improved, although I only use the elliptical after lifting due to joints. No sleeping problems. Definitely feeling more athletic for no reason though I am training much harder (less rest between sets, more cardio after lift).

Preciate all criticism and advice!

What kind of fat? Poly/mono or sat fats? Carb intake depends on your activity. I like 100 carbs on cardio days and 200-300 on lifting days. You should be dropping 9% more bodyfat too. In your case you should be doing one hour of cardio every day so you can use the www.sarms1.com gw to your advantage.

I'm thinking about having low (25g +-) of poly/mono and try to cut out most saturated. I'm training 5-6 Days a week and cardio 3-4 of those training days after my lift. I'm honestly thinking high protein medium carb and low fat would benefit on my GW.
The only thing is that the high fat low carb seems to be working, and I hate trying to "fix things that's not broke".
Just thinking I might benefit more on a low fat regimen. Today was the first day with low fat and around 70g carbs. I'll continue and guage results then go from there m

Update day 7

Weighing in at 189lbs. I attribute some loss due to being in post cycle. Ran a cut.
I have noticed that my sleeves ate fitting bigger, however I believe this to be loss of bloat/fat. Arms definitely more defined.
As far as nutrition, yesterday and today I am running a low fat, medium carb high protein. Tomorrow will be my last day running that regimen, and Monday I will continue with a low carb high fat and protein regimen. I say this because the party days on a low fat I have been feeling:

No energy
Feeling weak
Muscles don't appear as full
No motivation
Hungry 24/7

I will give another day to see if results are best and if so then I will continue. (I know three days is not a good judge) I tend to train the way I feel, so feel like crap equates to training like crap.

I am definitely losing BF like it's a virus. Might as well keep with what works, right?

Any thoughts on to which diet would be best when running this sarm? Dylan?

Strength had remained the same. Intake of creatine started post cycle to help.

Endurance is thru the roof, sweating something terrible.

So today since it's been 7 days since a refeed, im thinking high carbs, plus it's chest day!!

I do very well with moderate to higher carb intake and lower fat, regardless of whether I'm running GW or not. It comes down to what works for you. Either way the GW from sarms1 will accelerate your fat loss considerably with the diet and training locked down

I took note of your strategy awhile ago and it sounds the most plausible I've seen; i've been recommending it lately. Especially from an HES/wellness standpoint. I have been low carb and will be with some refeeds for a bit but after I'll start doing low carb on cardio days and higher carbs on lifting days.

This makes most sense on GW. Low fat intake Imo would force the body to use stored fat more.

It really is a great strategy for me, and all the clients I've set up on diet plans. Low carb cardio days and higher carb workout days has been a great formula for body recomposition over the last 3 years for me
