Has anyone tryed german volume training (gvt)? I've read much about it and was wondering if anyone had some other feed back about it like gains, how you felt after workouts,etc..
well there are a few methods to it,but basically your workout is 10x10. its about overloading your muscles with volume not weight.kind of like 5x5 workout but more reps and sets, the same guidelines though.LB55 said:wut the hell is german volume training

like i said im doin a spilt routine. 3x10 on each exercise for three exercises then 1x10 that isn't a compound move. heres a chest routineTatyana said:I think it is a great idea to mix up your training and go for high volume training.
A few of the nattie competitive BBers I know have used this.
I have done this with squats, OMG.
I do think it is a better workout for the compounds, you wouldn't want to be doing ten sets of ten reps for bicep curls.
