sure thing dude, i can't walk today..lol

I think it is a great idea to mix up your training and go for high volume training.

A few of the nattie competitive BBers I know have used this.

I have done this with squats, OMG.

I do think it is a better workout for the compounds, you wouldn't want to be doing ten sets of ten reps for bicep curls.

like i said im doin a spilt routine. 3x10 on each exercise for three exercises then 1x10 that isn't a compound move. heres a chest routine
3x10 incline
3x10 flat
3x10 decline
1x10 files

I did try GVT for a while but not an entire workout,
I will only do one exercise 10x10. It was brutal!
I can't say that I gained much either but it's good change of pace. I'm sure if I did some fine tuning I could have gotten it work for me. I think that my first mistake was to do this for bicep curls:)

If I have to do it again I will stick with flat bench, squats and maybe deads

There's a think red led between high volume training (intensity) and over-training. If you don't supplement well, eat very well, sleep great, then chances are your training will be more catabolic than anabolic.

For sure, from my experience of most heavy duty routines is that I can't go more than max of 8 weeks then I need a break.
6 weeks is my ideal blast then I cruise for 2-3 weeks or more
