All you have to do is call your PCP and make an appointment. Tell them you have a lump on your breast and that it hurts. Also tell them that you have had it since your teens and ALWAYS deny any supplement or steroid use. Make sure you tell them you don't do anything. Your doctor will then recommend that you get a mammogram done to check and see if your lump is cancerous. Breast cancer is very rare in men but it can happen. My doctor said like a 5% chance.

So then you go to get your mammogram and just going there is kind of uncomforable. You have to sit and wait your turn with like 25 other ladies most of them old. They kind of give you this wierd look like what is this meathead doing here, LOL. So you walk in and they tell you to lay down and the nurse puts this clear liquid gel on your tit and starts to scan it and take pics of your gyno. Luckly my nurse was hot!! I think she liked me because she rubbed that liquid on there for an extended period of time and made some comments about my chest, Haha. Then you go in is other room and you get your mammogram done by standing next to this machine that squeezes the shit out of your breast. It's definitely not comfortable and if your having nipple pain it's even worse.

So once it's all said and done they send your info to the PCP and he should ask you if you want to be referred to a surgeon to get it cut out.

I might look into getting that done. I'm gonna wait till I'm not on cycle to do it though. Does having the surgery fix the problem forever? I've had it so long now I don't even notice, it would be strange to not have puffy nipples.

Death to Gyno. No matter which on you choose (and I recommend putting money together for a plastic surgeon), Good Luck Bro

No! It can develop all over again.

I had gyno surgery by a general surgeon in 1994. My gyno was pretty bad, but the surgeon was very well known and had a good reputation. Worst mistake. He made a keyhole incision so I had bad scarring and the ariola was very misshapen. Two plastic surgeries later they look great, but I would definitely advise you to go to a plastic surgeon!

Is it less likely to develop again after surgery? Maybe it doesn't take as much meds to combat it if it is taken out?(Say only 10mg Nolva instead of 40-60mg?)

No, it can always come back. Good news for me though, I think I may have found a plastic surgeon in my network. I'm calling tomorrow.
