Ok, I'm reading somewhere else, that u should only workout any muscle group 1x a week, and u can overlap 1 time if needed if a different exercise also works that muscle group. This is supposed to allow for enough time to recover completely. U guy's agree and how do u personally experience the most gains?? I used to workout chest every other day or every 2nd day. Guess I was messing up?? Yes, we are talking about on a cycle.
